Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in advertising or event management.   
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.       
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.        
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. 

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand market share. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing within the advertising and event management industry, strong leadership skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.  
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns for LED advertising and events, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to optimize marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging markets, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
