AKIJ Electric & Electronics Ltd. (AEEL), a concern of Akij Venture Group, is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head for its Home Appliance division. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strengthening brand presence by leading national sales strategies and managing large sales teams and channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategy and planning
Identify and establish new markets and distribution channels
Lead, coach, and motivate regional managers, area managers, and sales teams
Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets
Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
Manage key accounts, large retailers, and institutional clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams
Handle crisis situations, escalations, and competitive market challenges
