At least 7 (seven) years’ experience in sales and marketing of any developers sector and at least 3 to 5 years’ service as AGM position in a reputed Real Estate company should apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
Planning and execution of all marketing activities of Marketing Department of the company including targeted sale and credit realization and customer services.
The assigned job is to be executed organizing and leading the Marketing and Sales Team keeping co-ordination with concerned departments and sections of the company.
To make sale enhancement report for top management, Monitoring on departmental and Business related affairs, Policy making, Product pricing, Market analyses. New policy introduces and implementation, variance analyses, Total media such as electronics and Newspaper, Joint venture activities, Lease finance from financial organization.
Brief your men (Executives) & responsible for their discipline and apprise Director.
Keep them alert of the market policy / Flat selling policy imposed by the management.
Take feedback from the Executive and apprise Director and ultimately to the management.
Monitor the flat selling policy and discuss with Director.
Problem facing in selling the flats must apprise to Director and ultimately to the management.
