∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Real Estate, Steel, Electric Wire/Cable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to achieve sales targets.
∎ Ensures timely collection of payments as per the defined time frame.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with assigned clients/dealers.
∎ Develop and implement the new sales strategies to increase the market share.
∎ Demonstrates expertise in product and customer knowledge to proactively assess and fulfil requirements of customers.
∎ Ensure to adhere the sales policy of BSRM.
∎ Ensure to prepare monthly/quarterly reports as per the prescribe format.
∎ Ensure to monitor with logistics team for on time delivery of products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in similar field with at-least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Salary: Negotiable
