Job Context:
∎ Healthcare Chemicals Ltd.; a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. located in API Park, Dhaka-Chittagong Highway under Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign market. Bangladesh is almost entirely dependent on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the requirements of pharma industries. Healthcare Chemicals Ltd. wants to contribute to fill this gap and help to save foreign currency of the country. The company will manufacture Active pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, execute and monitor the resource utilization and cost efficiency for the targeted projects.
∎ Do technical troubleshooting by innovative ways.
∎ Manage projects from early stage route scouting to late stage development.
∎ Handle the Process Optimization and transfer technology for scale up.
∎ Handle late or early phase API Intermediates.
∎ Prepare and update R&D reports.
∎ Literature Survey and Coordinate with QA Manager for DMF preparation.
∎ Development of robust process for API.
∎ Technology transfer to Pilot plant through plant validation.
∎ Identification, characterization and synthesis of process impurities.
∎ Process mitigation, HAZOP and PHA study.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years’ experience in API production or R & D.
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
∎ Strong command over English, Bangla & Computer Proficiency.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Positive mindset to work for extended hours.
