Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute API equipment installation & preventive maintenance schedule.
∎ Prepare & approve annual maintenance, utility budget & monitor monthly variance. Ensure proper maintenance and Up-Keeping of all the plants & MS/SS Welding.
∎ Plan & execute of annual shut down maintenance schedule within approved target.
∎ Introduce and implement cost optimization measures.
∎ Motivate, train and counsel the colleagues and the team members.
∎ Analyse breakdown and eliminate or minimizes causes & effect.
∎ Ensure proper supply chain for maintenance with the essence to contribute to the control of working capital by proper inventory control.
∎ Plan & take Approval for the allocation of funds for equipment replacement, modification / capital investment.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted support to all the production units.
∎ Generate monthly MIS report related to maintenance activity; Check feasibility and implement energy conservation scheme.
∎ Vendor development, negotiation & performance monitoring.
∎ Handle calibration, testing and verification of all mechanical equipment’s, HVAC & all gauge. Statutory related work for Steam Boiler & fire extinguisher.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 Years’ Experience in Project/ Maintenance Engineering.
∎ Good knowledge of all types of boiler, pump, reactor, centrifuge, blender, compactor, multimill, shifter, dryer, filter, condenser, tanks, receiver, valves, air compressor, micronization machine, chilling compressor, brine water, vacuum pumps, purified water & DM water.
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability.
∎ Strong command over English, Bangla & Computer Proficiency.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Positive mindset to work for extended hours
∎ Proficient in MS project, Auto CAD.
