Job Context:
∎ Healthcare Chemicals Ltd.; a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. located in API Park, Dhaka-Chittagong Highway under Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign market. Bangladesh is almost entirely dependent on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the requirements of pharma industries. Healthcare Chemicals Ltd. wants to contribute to fill this gap and help to save foreign currency of the country. The company will manufacture Active pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industries.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all production deviations are identified, reported, evaluated and the conclusions are recorded.
∎ File production BMR & ensure production facilities are clean and appropriately disinfected.
∎ Ensure that production is monitored by using calibrated measuring instruments and records are maintained accordingly.
∎ Ensure that premises and equipment are maintained as per GMP.
∎ Support the process validations, CAPA, change control, deviation, OOS/OOT.
∎ Evaluate proposed changes in product, process or equipment and implement as appropriate.
∎ Responsible for providing safety equipment as per needs & implementation of safety standards as per company norms.
∎ Responsible to meet production targets as per the schedules & maintaining the quality of the products.
∎ Lead the team and provide on the job training.
∎ Handle organic synthesis & inorganic synthesis reactions and API equipment’s.
∎ Responsible for effective utilization of the equipment’s.
∎ Ensure raw materials availability based on production planning (PPIC).
∎ Monitor and increase the product yield and quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 Years’ experience in production of API/ Bulk drugs.
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability.
∎ Strong command over English, Bangla & Computer Proficiency.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Positive mindset to work for extended hours.
