Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry/M. Pharm/ B. Pharm from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure analytical validation, lab equipment operations, cleaning validation, qualification of lab instruments, SOPs.
∎ Lead all the QC activities to maintain cGMP, ICH guidelines & GLP practices.
∎ Lead the team : Work Allocation, Follow-up, Guidance, Training as per needs
∎ Internal/External Audit: Maintain the documents as per audits & full support.
∎ Ensure product history cards for all products.
∎ Monitor monograph evaluation & compliance.
∎ Capable to test finished API, intermediate, raw material, online chemical synthesis reaction sample testing, residual solvents, COA, Specifications, STPs, method development.
∎ Capable to run HPLC, GC-MS, GC, UV,FTIR, particle size analyser, elucidation of structure by NMR, polymorphism DSC/TSC, AAS, ICP etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 Years’ Experience of Quality Control in API/ Bulk drug.
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
∎ Strong command over English, Bangla & Computer Proficiency.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Positive mindset to work for extended hours.
