BBA/ MBA major in Finance or Bachelors/ Masters in Economics from any reputed university.
Candidates pursuing CFA program or passed CFA Level 01 or 2 will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience is needed.
- Candidate must have research experience in Stock Brokerage/ Merchant Bank/ Asset Management Company (AMC).
- Good writing and communication skill in English.
- Computer literacy with special aptitude in MS Excel.
- Must have knowledge and passion in Capital market.
- Candidate should have a pleasant personality; be confident, sincere, proactive. Positive service-driven approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Should be proactive to grab the challenge and untapped opportunity. Sound knowledge of relevant rules & regulations.
- Must be able to work for longer hours when needed.

Job Responsibilities
Identifying and evaluating short/medium/long term investments opportunities in equities and fixed income instruments.
Providing market insights on equities and to produce market analysis and reports periodically.
Conduct sector/ industry and macro-economic analysis.
Execution of trade (buy & sell) in secondary market and taking initiative to participate in IPO.
Prepare and maintain database.
Provide investment recommendation to the management for the funds.
Coordinate with supervisor regarding all research issues.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
