Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking with daily feed Sales by Agent requisition.
∎ Confirm agent/dealer Bank collection & Posted to Agent Ledger.
∎ Collect feed delivery report from all delivery point (Depot & Feed Mill) according to feed delivery order.
∎ After checking feed sales delivery report in Excel for sales posting.
∎ Update Agent Ledger based on Agent Bank collection & Delivery
∎ Communicate with Marketing Manager to solve problem of Agents.
∎ Reconcile feed delivery order vs delivery as per purchase order from Sales & Marketing Person.
∎ Collect dealer feed order & Bank Receipt against sales from Marketing Person, accordingly confirmed.
∎ After confirming the dealer bank receipt and checking credit limit, prepare feed order & sent to respective delivery point
∎ Customer wise sales reconciliation.
∎ Prepare monthly reporting & identifying active, inactive & irregular agent/dealer list and performance report of sales & marketing manager (Zone wise)
∎ Prepare Agent Commission.
∎ Other works assigned by department head.
