• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• B.Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the food processing or FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience with packaging machinery, boilers, chillers, compressors, conveyors, and other utility equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.

• Formulate and implement effective maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure smooth operations of mechanical systems.
• Execute routine scheduled maintenance and promptly respond to equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical breakdown problems and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Fit and install new mechanical parts, ensuring that all equipment operates safely and correctly.
• Conduct quality inspections on maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Raise requisitions for spare parts and ensure proper inventory management for uninterrupted maintenance support.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs within the allocated budget while maintaining efficiency and safety.
• Manage and control all maintenance tools, equipment, and store items to ensure availability and accountability.
• Handle emergencies, unplanned breakdowns, and repairs to restore operations quickly.
• Ensure adequate coverage and quick resolution for all machinery and equipment in the event of breakdowns.
• Ensure continuous and uninterrupted utility services, including gas and electricity, coordinating with relevant teams as required.
