Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating new innovations and maintaining teamwork.
∎ Working with whole IT System Operation of the organization. Clear Server Knowledge on Server operation - Dell EMC PowerEdge R740, T130, T110, HP ProLiant DL-380, HP ProLiant ML-350P, HP ML-110, Sophos and Fortinet Rack Mounted and Tower Server. Manage, configure, monitor and troubleshoot server using iDRAC, iLO service.
∎ Clear knowledge on virtualization platform Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platform.
∎ Clear knowledge on Server Platform Window Server and Linux Server, Zimbra Mail Server for company mail operation, whole Zimbra Admin Console, E-mail gateway/Spam controller operation (Barracuda). Sound knowledge on mail Client system (Outlook-Express, 13,16,19).
∎ Clear knowledge on windows Server environment - Active directory, Domain Controller, Additional Domain Controller, Policy, DNS Server, WDS, FTP, File Server, Print Server & Print log server management etc.
∎ Clear knowledge on Storage system NAS operation.Clear knowledge on manages, maintain and monitoring CCTV DVR, NVR, Brand – Dahua.
∎ Network operations of whole organization LAN, VLAN, WAN and organizational Data connectivity with Micritic Router - CCR1016 (Data connectivity, Internet connectivity, VPN (Client based and Site to Site), Load Balancing & redundancy, Bandwidth control, Src.NAT & Dst.NAT, Security operation, etc.
∎ Working with Mikrotik Hotspot and Dude solution. Switching Knowledge on Cisco switch VLAN operation (Cisco 3550, Catalyst 2960 and SG300).
∎ WLAN Knowledge Wi-fi Routers and Access points (Cisco, Unify, Tp-Link, D-link, netgear, Netis, Tenda etc.)
∎ Working with IP Telephony System Grand Stream Device (Hybrid PABX & AT device).
∎ Manage Website and implement Company ERP Operation module (Production, Inventory, HR, management system) Production tracing and automation system using Barcode Scanning system.
∎ Working for take daily, weekly and Monthly Database (MySQL, MS SQL) backup, store and restore of all ERP software modules (Merchandising, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts and Finance, Commercial, Logistics and Reporting).
∎ Able to ensure whole system's disaster recovery for Power, Network, Server, Storage and active Backup for user data by the storage Servers.
∎ Manage all Desktop, Laptop computers.Manage all Network and Shared Printers (hp, Canon, Sato, Zebra etc.).
∎ Mange others peripheral device Scanner, Projector, Sound System. Fax, Scanner (hp, Canon), Projector.
∎ Working, manage and Monitoring Access Control and Attendance Machine (Face, Finger and RFID).
∎ Managing company whole Multimedia, Sound System and Central PA System.Able to manage, maintain and monitoring Clients Anti-virus (ESET).
∎ Managing and monitor BGMEA biometric System.
∎ Manage and Monitoring the Power system (Online UPS) of Server Room and End User's (offline UPS).
∎ Maintain all types of Register to face security and social compliance audit.
∎ Lead and working with IT team members.
∎ Working for IT departmental cost Control, budget and equipment's purchase management.
∎ Manage and deal all vendor for IT operations.
∎ Prepare monthly IT departmental status report for top management.
