Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Certification in CCNE, MTCNE, MCSA etc will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, implement, and project manage major IT projects including system procurement, development, and upgrades.
∎ Identify opportunities and initiate improvement and updating of hardware, software, and systems.
∎ Provide and lead technical consultancy to various project teams to meet project objectives and requirements.
∎ Manage external vendors to ensure technological systems continue to meet the requirements.
∎ Ensure technical and security architecture are adhered to the policies and guidelines.
∎ Maintain and configure servers, Computers and Laptop, Network Printers.
∎ Maintain and configure network devices including Mikrotik Router, Palo Alto Firewall, Meraki Access Points, Meraki and Cisco Switches.
∎ Ensure the maintenance and configuration of projectors, teleconferencing and audio-video equipment.
∎ Ensure the maintenance and configuration of IP PA System. CCTV, Face Access
∎ Create the IT replacement schedule to ensure all IT equipment are in good working condition.
∎ Monthly IT Housekeeping update to the Core Team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies.
∎ Excellent problem solving, logical thinking skills to isolate and identify potential issues in a complex environment.
∎ Proven ability to deliver IT projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
