Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HVAC Project Execution, HVAC Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with sales teams, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support for achieving the company’s goals.
∎ To develop the business market to ensure the smooth sales flow specially in HVAC sector.
∎ Creating new business market having different market mechanism and extending the existing market to get up most output.
∎ Prepare monthly sales budget, planning and emphasized to achieve sales target also meet the personal and group Sales KPI.
∎ Collect layout design /BOQ and other information of HVAC project from the market also analyze Design, BOQ , site & client Requirement and Prepare HVAC project's Financial proposal accordingly and submit to the client within deadline.
∎ Determine customer need and work closely with customers to determine the most cost-effective and sellable solutions, thereby increasing and sustaining customer loyalty.
∎ To develop relationships & maintaining liaise with key players in the customer’s organization, including Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supply Chain Managers, Architects, Consultants etc.
∎ Conducting formal presentations & training sessions with customers group to inform the present position of Broad Brand LG & AUX HVAC system in Bangladesh Market as well as Globally.
∎ Coordinate supporting staff to achieve their KPI also provide necessary training to develop their professionalism.
∎ Others work when assign by the Authority and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong Managerial & Leadership Quality
∎ Good decision-making skills & problem solving capability.
∎ Must comply with work deadline
∎ The position will require frequent mobility and travel around the country based on sales area.
∎ Good command in written and spoken English
∎ Excellent computer proficiency and usage skills at MS Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook & Auto CAD
Salary: Negotiable
