Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies comprising both retail and dealer channels to achieve and exceed targets.
∎ Focus on increasing hire sales, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.
∎ Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
∎ Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to maintain an efficient and balanced inventory.
∎ Implement robust collection and credit management practices.
∎ Work closely with finance to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
∎ Analyze sales performance and pricing strategies to ensure sustained profitability.
∎ Identify cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements in the sales process.
∎ Conduct regular market research to gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
∎ Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
∎ Manage and optimize the product portfolio to align with market demands.
∎ Collaborate with product development teams to introduce new and innovative products.
∎ Develop launch strategies for new products, including marketing and sales plans.
∎ · Devise and implement creative strategies to boost sales during off-season periods.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges.
∎ Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
∎ Oversee both retail and dealer sales channels, ensuring effective distribution and visibility of products.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop channel-specific campaigns and promotions.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, dealers, and distributors.
∎ Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

∎ As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across both retail and dealer channels. Your focus will include increasing hire sales, optimizing inventory, improving collection and credit management, ensuring profitability, and introducing new products and ideas to boost sales during off-season periods.
