∎ Position: Senior Officer, Legal Affairs
∎ Job Responsibilities: Handle and resolve land property disputes efficiently and effectively.
∎ Address customer default cases with tact and diplomacy, ensuring fair resolution and adherence to company policies.
∎ Navigate compliance and consumer rights-related issues, ensuring the company operates within legal boundaries and upholds consumer rights.
∎ Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary to represent the company's interests in legal proceedings.
∎ Appear before court on behalf of company.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized ; Master's degree preferred.
∎ Proven experience in handling land property disputes, customer default cases, compliance, and consumer rights issues within a corporate setting.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladeshi legal system, regulations, and procedures.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
