Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a reputed university of Bangladesh or abroad., Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a reputed university of Bangladesh or abroad.
∎ PGDHRM would be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Policy, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance Career Management, Recruitment, Strategic HR, Training and Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creates and executes learning strategies and programs
∎ Develops yearly training and development plan and budget
∎ Evaluates individual and organizational development needs
∎ Carries out the quarterly/half-yearly/ annual performance appraisal process based on KPI in an efficient manner and developing the skills of leadership for each team and team members
∎ Organizes monthly employee engagement events like Town Hall meetings, Best Employee of the quarter program etc.
∎ Assists in Organizational Policy, Process and guidelines Development and periodic policy review and amendment process
∎ Conducting organization-wide effective Succession Planning and Development program
∎ Conducting Sessions on Policies, processes, guidelines, company code of conduct etc.
∎ Implements various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, online, offline, physical training)
∎ Designs and delivers learning courses, workshops and other training
∎ Conducts effective training & development, Induction to the employees
∎ Assess the success of training and development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
∎ Responsible for Employer Branding Initiatives
∎ Conducts employee engagement programs to establish a value-based winning culture in the organization.
∎ Talent Acquisition based on company's strategic needs, Talent Management and Succession Planning

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in IT Industry is preferable.
∎ Demonstrated expertise in Individual performance management is required.
∎ Practical experience in capacity development in the area of Performance Management is highly desirable.
∎ Experience in the area of Career Development is a distinct advantage.
∎ Practical experience in conceptualizing new approaches and innovation in the area of Human Resources, ideally on a global scale, is desirable.
∎ Practical experience in designing programs and training material is an asset.
∎ Possess good interpersonal communication, good oral and writing skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Experience with state of the art Performance Management approaches is an asset.
∎ Performance-based rewards and recognition system experience is an asset.
∎ Fluency in English is required.
