∎ We are looking for smart, dynamic and goal-oriented applicants for HR Team who will lead the corporate HR activity
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Talent Acquisition, is to search, Source, Recruit and Hire Candidates for ensure timely placement of right professionals
∎ Policy and OD, prepare different HR policies as per business needs as well as taking Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
∎ Prepare JD, JS & update Organogram regular basis
∎ Maintain and follow up employee attendance & leave management on daily basis.
∎ Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement
∎ Conduct different HR survey & Analysis
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates
∎ Execute company's Performance Appraisal Management (KPI based)
∎ Resolve employees grievances, stress in a proactive manner
∎ Conduct disciplinary action issues as per existing laws and regulations
∎ Arrange and conduct Employee induction program/ orientation
∎ Ensure other HR operations services, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent interpersonal, team building and oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
