Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Breeder Farm Management, Contract Broiler Farming, Poultry Feed Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve broiler DOC placement target based on farmer agreement
∎ Educate & provide adequate training on brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, medication, and bio-security management to ensure optimum farm performance & reduce mortality
∎ Ensure on-time feed distribution to the farms by coordinating with feed mills and managing logistics support
∎ Provide vaccination & medication support to the farmers periodically as per requirements
∎ Build and promote long term relationships with farmers to grow contract broiler farming business

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have direct exposure in dealing with farmers
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
