Additional Requirements:

Strong analytical and quantitative knack. Skill in using Power BI, Excel or other related software as analytical tool.
Knowledge in credit risk modeling and statistical analysis.
Ability to make sound data driven decision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement credit scoring model and methodologies to assess the risk associated with each applicant wishing to buy tractors etc. on installment payment terms over several months/years.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses applying for purchase of tractors etc. On installment payment term over several months/years.
Continuously monitor the credit quality of existing creditors, identify early warning signs of credit deterioration and take appropriate action to mitigate the risk as well as developing strategies to manage and minimize credit losses.
Prepare and present regular reports on the credit portfolio’s performance including key metrics.
Provide training and guidance to staff involved in credit origination and credit recovery processes.
Undertake such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
