Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement business strategies for sales growth and market expansion in the Pipes & Fittings segment. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Ensure achievement of annual sales and profit targets.Lead planning and budgeting processes.
∎ Drive B2B and B2C sales through dealer/distributor networks and project sales. Identify and onboard new clients, projects, and institutional buyers. Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotion, branding, and campaigns. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
∎ Oversee production planning, quality control, and timely dispatch of products. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials. Optimize supply chain and logistics efficiency.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers, engineers, and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and government regulations. Generate MIS reports and present updates to senior leadership.
