∎ Skills Required: Agriculture, Research, Seed Production Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture Project, agro based farm, Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To facilitate the development of contract farming plans as per supply chain requirements
∎ To formulate production plans on market information, physical feasibility and economic viability
∎ To provide management, supervision, instruction and advice to field officer to implement production plans
∎ To implement planning, monitoring and evaluation procedures to ensure contract farming activities are carried out efficiently and effectively
∎ To visit contracted farms regularly to monitor activities
∎ To assist to identify and implement innovative farming practices that contribute to increased production, economic and water use efficiency

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)

∎ Yearly 2.5 Bonuses (2 Full Basics in two Eids and One half Basic in Bengali New Year)
