Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced talent for the immediate appointment of Asst. Manager, Compliance who has solid experience in RMG factory base Compliance and Audit. The role requires that all suppliers producing our orders in their facilities are completely in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that are mandatory to the country, industry as well as for our customers. We are sourcing who must have substantial experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take on challenges & deliver high quality results.

∎ Job Location: Malibagh, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have vast knowledge in English language.
∎ Vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labour laws and rules.
∎ Assist to management keeping the factory ready for any type of audit (Social Compliance Audit, Environment Audit & Technical Audit);
∎ Conduct regular compliance audits, prepare reports and inform the authority of any deviation;
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance and Audit in the factory.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws' requirements from Compliance point of view.
∎ Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Social Ethical audit, RSC (ACCORD), NIRAPON (Alliance), WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ERSA, GOTS, OCS, BCI, SLCP, HIGG, OEKOTEX etc. Must have practical experiences to face audit. Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to Perform Compliance audits at factories.
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, and security awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare, no Force employment occurred in the factories, no Child/Child Looking Workers are in practice.
∎ Follow up all corrective actions have been taken/followed up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Liaise with merchandising, Production and QA Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Review and develop compliance related printing materials and ensure distribution thereof in the factories so that unwanted complaints are not received from the end of any buyers or Govt.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staff.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.

Salary: Tk. 26000 - 30000 (Monthly)
