∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set appropriate tone and expectations from peers and work in collaboration with the Management Team, Technology , Service Operations, Finance and other internal partners.
∎ Leverage data from various sources and ensure appropriate action through client communication.
∎ Ensure appropriate financial treatments are done by the respective stakeholders.
∎ Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risks.
∎ Prepare & take actions on the daily reconciliation data
∎ Monitor & manage disputes, fraudulent activities, transactional errors by aligning with finance & technology
∎ Monitor team's structure ,capacity plans & generate recommendations to support strategic & corporate goal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical skills and an ability to develop, organize and analyze metrics through data analysis
∎ Strong knowledge of business management, resource planning, process management and optimization and performance measurement

Salary: Negotiable
