• Work experience in Green Factory Construction will be added as advantage.
• Must have experience on estate management.
• Must have experience on multi storied commercial and industrial building construction.
• Must have experiences & sound knowledge on BNBC, Civil defense, NIRAPON and RSC compliance rules for factory building construction & maintenance.
• Must have experiences on Nirapon and RSC audit handling and Nirpaon 90 days monitoring report handling.

Job Context :

We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Assistant Manager- Civil Engineering" for the Campvalley Global Ltd., located at Karnafully EPZ, Chattogram. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities :

• 100% honest in all aspects.
• Capable to handle construction projects at a time.
• Should have good knowledge on BNBC and IBC standard.
• Should have good knowledge on architectural and structural drawing and design.
• Estimating, costing, scheduling and overall supervision of civil construction works including repair and maintenance.
• Ability to handle multi-storied factory and commercial building construction and supervision.
• Should have sound knowledge on USGBC Green Building construction & maintenance.
• Should have sound knowledge & experiences on BNBC, Civil defense NIRAPON and RSC compliance rules for factory building construction & maintenance.Site supervision, direction and monitor adequacy of resources of constructions.
• Ensure quality of construction materials as well as construction and reduce wastage of materials.
• Ensure construction works run smoothly and completed within the budget and on time.
• Civil engineering maintenance, repair of company's existing projects, when and where required.
• Responsible to arrange all test/ certificate by the proper authority/ institution required for the construction.
• Ensure company's safety manual on the time of construction and maintenance works.
• Must have knowledge on land survey, land map.
• Must have administrative knowledge on record keeping of all construction and land related documents.
