Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the product/campaign ambition, analyze the performance of similar campaigns and set the media objective
∎ Analyze the consumer media consumption habit to find the right media touch point
∎ Identify the right media mix and set the role of each media for the campaign
∎ Estimate the required budget for the campaign ensuring efficiency
∎ Develop the media brief to share with the agency/ agencies
∎ Analyze the media plan against the objective set for the media
∎ Ensure media vehicles has been used effectively and efficiently
∎ Perform with market Research, agencies as well as brand teams to optimize investment return for advertising management and media planning.
∎ Align relevant stakeholders on the final media plan
∎ Collect required specifications and ensure delivery of communication materials for on-time execution
∎ Work creatively with communication, agency & media to generate and implement new idea
∎ Work collaboratively with Brand, Commercial, SC&P, agency and other relevant stakeholders for smooth execution of the campaign
∎ Develop detailed understanding of media measurement as well as evaluation standards.
∎ Cross checking the scheduled media plan against implementation
∎ Presenting media monitoring report of the campaign
∎ Keeping aligned with the media monitoring agency to keep track with competitors TVCs(new) if any & subsequently its presence in the media channels
∎ Ensuring contract renewal of media buying agency/media monitoring agency/local online publishers
∎ Ensure proper billing of TV & Radio as per implementation after verifying with media monitoring agency report
∎ Develop the post campaign report identifying scope for opportunity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in ATL marketing is a must.
∎ Good communication & presentation skills
