Skills Required:

  • Age At least 35 years
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with HR operations, Labor Law-2006 & amendment, 2018

  • Should have strong communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: Savar (Next to EPZ)

Responsibilities

  • To direct & control overall administrative activities in the factory.

  • To assure total compliance of the factory.

  • Responsible for implementing & monitoring of HR policies as per local laws and company policies.

  • Responsible for worker recruitment, attendance, authorization and management of overtime, leave management, legal compliance / code of conduct, general administration, etc.

  • Handling disciplinary & grievance issues as per law and resolving employee’s grievances.

  • Identify / assess and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard, employee first aid facility & overall security of company resources and properties.

  • Responsible for proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all modes of transportation in and out of the factory in a very cost effective and efficient manner.

  • Review of different reports submitted by the Officers & should be able to prepare any reports independently.

  • Contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line members and departments.

  • Maintain relationships with Compliance Auditors, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Authorities, etc.

  • To look after legal matters including dealing with law enforcing agencies as and when required.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
