Responsibilities & Context:
Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong skills in drafting SMS, letters, etc.·
Attend the Club according to the schedule fixed by the Management.·
Experienced in HR and administrative work.·
Provide support to the Manager, and provide support in responsibilities including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, salary, benefits, etc.·
Maintain and update personal files and all other documents of the Club employees.·
Maintain daily attendance of all employees and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).·
Conduct employee detailed performance appraisals, disciplinary procedures, event management, etc.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
