Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervision of various types of construction & finishing works with adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, work order contractor's bills, verification and all related issues.
- Indenting materials, checking bills.
- Ensure quality of works and materials according to specifications.
- Project planning, estimation and supervision.
- Development & execution of all projects designed for development.
- Knowledge of latest construction/interior materials source and price.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule.
- Maintain records of works done by contractors/outsource vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring of the site labor force and report to his concerned person.
