• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• At least 05 year(s) working experience in relevant field.
• Must be flexible with working at night, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle construction site independently by following instructions.

• Supervision of various types of construction & finishing works with adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, work order contractor's bills, verification and all related issues.
• Indenting materials, checking bills.
• Ensure quality of works and materials according to specifications.
• Project planning, estimation and supervision.
• Development & execution of all projects designed for development.
• Knowledge of latest construction/interior materials source and price.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule.
• Maintain records of works done by contractors/outsource vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring of the site labor force and report to his concerned person.
