Educational Requirements:
∎ MInimum BBA or MBA (preferring Management) from any reputed university.
∎ LLB/ LLM degree will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for arranging and overseeing all types of administrative tasks in the office.
∎ Ensuring a safe, secured, clean and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards for factory, office properties, premises & personnel.
∎ Hotel reservations for employees when in business trip & for foreign guests.
∎ Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous institutions & other external agencies for smooth business operation.
∎ Issuing all kind of company's license registration & renewal, like fire license, trade license, environment license, water license, acid license.
∎ Maintaining office equipment's such as air-conditioned, furniture, utility supply etc. Perform general administration and logistic service for the organization.
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by labor law and organization's code of conduct.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments.
∎ Checking, recommending & approving bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ Arrangement of all kinds of meeting & arranging the refreshment (tea, coffee, snacks).
∎ Monitor the legal issues like GD/FIR If necessary.
∎ Looking after HR & Admin related purchase & procurements and managing the administrative suppliers and service providers.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running.
∎ Preparation / Issuing office notes, memos, and office orders
∎ Follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor & management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good knowledge about Labor Law, Company Act and other HR related rules & regulations.
∎ Excellent command of written and spoken in both English and Bangla is essential.
∎ A team player with good leadership skills.
∎ Ability to effectively manage own work and work unsupervised.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Ability to multitask, react quickly to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
∎ Efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Smart interpersonal and communication skills
