Title: Assistant Legal Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Negotiate, review, draft or execute agreements required for company business activities.
∎ Draft and review legal notices, letters, legal opinions, affidavits and others legal documents as required.
∎ Review advertising, marketing, commercial, competition and data protection materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Provides guidance on employment related issues, e.g. termination, severance, work wages, hours and employee benefits etc.
∎ Assist on managing company's intellectual property issues.
∎ Monitor the cases filed against or on behalf of the company.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ LL.B (Hons), LL.M from any reputed university.
∎ Enrollment as an advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference.
∎ 2 years experience in any Law firm or any other reputed organization.

Salary: Negotiable
