∎ LL.B (Hons), LL.M from any reputed university.
∎ Enrollment as an advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all contracts of the business and ensuring contract governance.
∎ Drafting various necessary legal documents required for the company.
∎ Providing legal support on labor compliance and protecting intellectual properties of the company.
∎ Adding value to the business by supporting new business initiatives and projects through innovative legal solution.
∎ Any other task as per instruction of the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience in any reputed law firm or in FMCG industry is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge in drafting.
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
