Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance, Setup, Maintain & Monitor Endpoint Security (Sophos) & its policies.
∎ Diagnose the issues with operating systems, desktop applications, Hardware Devices (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanner, etc.) and related to email systems, IP Phone System, LAN connectivity, internet connectivity, and remote access technologies for end-users.
∎ Ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
∎ Coordinate with Vendors, Service Providers and central IT Professional to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
∎ Provide technical assistance to the end user as per requirements.
