Responsibilities & Context:

LUBNAN Trade Consortium Limited (LTCL) is one of the leading, largest Fashion and lifestyle Brands in Bangladesh. As the renowned product manufacturing and retail group LTCL owns many famous brands like - Infinity, Richman, LUBNAN and Oxygen Fashions. With the new innovative and progressive ideas, LTCL is investing modern and trend-oriented design and quality in fashion and lifestyle products. It also cares for its employees and their capacity development and career progression continuously. The Company is now looking for an expert who will lead the Marketing & Branding department.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Direction

    • Lead the overall creative vision and seasonal direction for all apparel lines.

    • Ensure the design team delivers collections that align with brand identity, target customer, and market trends.

  2. Product Development Oversight

    • Supervise the design process from concept to final product, including fabric selection, silhouette development, trims, and color palettes.

    • Ensure timely design execution in line with product calendar and commercial strategy.

  3. Trend Forecasting

    • Monitor fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.

    • Translate insights into innovative and relevant product offerings.

  4. Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor the design team (apparel designers, graphic designers, technical designers).

    • Facilitate collaboration between design, merchandising, and production teams.

  5. Strategic Marketing Planning

    • Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales.

    • Oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns across retail, digital, social, and influencer platforms.

  6. Campaign Management

    • Direct the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, look books, photoshoots, and digital content.

    • Ensure brand storytelling is consistent and resonates with the target audience.

  7. Market Analysis

    • Conduct customer segmentation and market research to optimize targeting and personalization.

    • Use insights to adapt strategies and improve ROI on marketing spend.

  8. Budget Management

    • Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.

    • Ensure a balance between creative ambition and financial performance.

  9. Brand Strategy Development

    • Define and evolve the brand’s identity, voice, mission, and positioning in the market.

    • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (store design, packaging, digital platforms, product tags, etc.).

  10. Visual Identity Oversight

    • Guide the creation and maintenance of visual standards: logo, typography, color schemes, and packaging.

    • Maintain a brand style guide and ensure all departments adhere to it.

  11. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

    • Identify and lead partnerships with influencers, designers, or other brands that align with brand values.

    • Manage co-branding initiatives and limited-edition collections.

  12. Customer Experience

    • Ensure the brand is consistently represented in the customer experience, from retail environments to e-commerce platforms.
