∎ Oversee prototype development, testing, and approvals to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
∎ Develop cost-effective production methods without compromising fabric quality.
∎ Continuously improve existing fabric performance in terms of durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
∎ Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for new and existing fabric lines.
∎ Drive the adoption of sustainable fibers, dyes, and processes.
∎ Ensure all fabric developments meet regulatory standards, certifications, and environmental compliance.
∎ Work closely with raw material suppliers to source innovative materials.
