∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience proven track record in quality management within a garments manufacturing environment.
∎ Must be needed on experience in outerwear.
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control systems, compliance standards and international garment quality requirements.
∎ Hands-on experience with AQL standards and inspection procedures.
∎ Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Co-ordinate and promoting company's Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirements.
∎ Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages.
∎ Conduct pre-production, in-line, final inspections and ensuring compliance with AQL standards.
∎ Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
∎ Set KPI & monitor performance of quality & production related employees and workers.
∎ Collaborate with production, merchandising and technical teams to resolve quality issues properly.
∎ Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management for performance analysis and improvement.
∎ Assisting to technicians for checking patterns /specifications and construction.
∎ Finalizing the critical operation and quality points and explaining them to the Quality and production.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Merchandising, Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring quality work process within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and industry standards (ISO, WRAP and BSCI).
∎ Coordinate and facilitate all types of technical audits and work on follow-ups and corrective action plans.
∎ Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes to meet evolving market demands.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the Top Management.
