∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any major.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to shipment.
∎ Identifies and sets up appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
∎ Reviews and resolves quality control problems/concerns with the Quality Control team and others including vendors, and customers;
∎ Manage and maintain the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the required quality of the garments;
∎ Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms, and other documents; randomly inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards;
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiating necessary measures;
∎ Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the quality process and conduct audits and monitor the first article and first piece inspection and report;
∎ Receive and review all customer satisfaction surveys and customer contacts and complaints.
∎ Review complaint trends and product/component failure analysis; review corrective actions with appropriate personnel;
∎ Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, recommend continuous improvement activities;
∎ Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and also supply chain partners;
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management;
∎ Prepare the factory for technical/Quality and product safety Audits and be responsible for handling any kind of Technical audits.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Quality Management, Product Safety, TQM,
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours as the factory needs for shipment fulfillment
∎ Good written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationship
∎ Able to Work Under stress and multitasking ability
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Candidates who have knowledge of the 5s Framework, Six Sigma, kaizen, and Social Compliance will have added preference.
