∎ Have to follow-up the production

∎ Fluent in English both spoken and writing
∎ Sound knowledge on overall T-Shirt operation
∎ Hands on knowledge : MS Excel & Power point
∎ Ability to lead a huge team
∎ Passionate and must have positive attitude
