Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

MBA/Bachelor`s degree in Sales & Marketing.

• 7 to 10 years

• Age At most 35 years

• The applicants should have experience in the Sales & Marketing Department of a reputed Hotel/Resort

• Experience in sales & Marketing is highly preferable.

• Must be result-driven, have strong analytical ability, and excellent negotiation skills.

DERA Resort & Spa (Assure Tourism Ltd) is a sister concern of ASSURE Group, is successfully operating two government-approved 5-star resorts; one located at Ghior Manikganj and the other at Inani, Cox’s Bazar. The group is looking for an Assistant General Manager/Manager, Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.

• Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.

• Work with the top management is policy formulation.

• Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance,

• Train the sales force regularly to improve their performance at the desired level.

• Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.

• Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors` strategies.

• Tracking competitor`s movement & analyzing the market.

• Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.

Workplace: Work at office and sales visits at Dhaka, Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar.

• Mobile bill, Duty Meal, Service Charge.

• Salary Review: Yearly.

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Transportation for official duties.
