∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ 10 years experience in denim jeans / jackets manufacturing with 5 years as Manager or above.
∎ Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important.
∎ A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively.
∎ Hands-on experience in managing of supportive staffs.
∎ Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
∎ In-good knowledge of denim & outerwear products.
∎ Strong ability to drive differing viewpoints to consensus.
∎ In-depth knowledge about working in IE department.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and do method improvements and apply them in operations to reduce waste and increase productivity.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by encouraging the adoption of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma & other process improvement methodologies.
∎ Provide training about Lean manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies to junior IE staff & production staff.
∎ Identify non-value added operations, assess possible solutions, and implement effective strategies.
∎ Evaluate and recommend technology, methods, and training to relevant teams.
∎ Audit IE department activities based on IE SOP in all production units.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly IE reports.
∎ Do special projects assigned by the Management.
