Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and drive our HR strategy and culture transformation.
∎ Lead Talent Management (Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Employee Retention, Employer Branding etc.)
∎ Ensure HR compliance, operations, and internal communications.
∎ Deliver meaningful employee engagement and recognition programs.
∎ Manage disciplinary issues & employee grievances.
∎ Design and drive our HR strategy and culture transformation.
