∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA in HRM is flexible for highly experienced personnel.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Experience in relevant discipline, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HR Policy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a professional who is experienced in running a Manufacturing HR, Admin & Compliance.
∎ Should have strong command over a large team of engineers and experienced personnel.
∎ The job Location will be in Hemayetpur, Savar
∎ Must implement HR & Admin policies at the site.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee.
∎ Create Departmental KPI.
∎ Able to take drastic action against under-performers.
∎ Award employees on performance to motivate work force.
∎ Standardize disciplinary action process.
∎ Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified.
∎ Conduct interviews and selection process.
∎ Reduce employee turnover rate.
∎ Organizing, planning, undertaking and overseeing company training courses.
∎ Implement company policies and procedures across the factory.
∎ Ensuring that all employees' records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.
∎ Reduce Office Cost.
∎ Work to review / Change processes for the betterment of the employee and management.
∎ Providing advice and council employee for motivation.
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Creative, possessing positive attitude, Able to work in a team.
∎ Good understanding of HR & Admin process.
∎ Analytical abilities, able to implement innovative ideas through data base.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer is a must and able to correspond via e-mail.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
