∎ Experience in managing and driving sales teams with a focus on growth and revenue generation.

∎ Ability to drive substantial sales growth across diverse business segments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ø Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
∎ Ø Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
∎ Ø Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
∎ Ø Develop and manage an efficient distribution and dealer network to improve sales performance.
∎ Ø Ensure that all sales personnel activities are by the guidelines of the Management.
∎ Ø Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
∎ Ø Maintain credit norms & ensure collection of credit amount as per management approved norms.
∎ Ø Prepare assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
∎ Ø Meet monthly sales targets through the company's rules.
∎ Ø Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ø Should have a strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under a pressured situation.
∎ Ø Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
∎ Ø Track and analyze KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
