Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.SC in Textile Engineering get more preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively and efficiently monitor the entire activities of the Cutting Department.
∎ Modern Manufacturing Technology Like Lean Manufacturing and Its Tools.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Responsible for fabric, pattern, fabric defects and all pre - cutting activities.
∎ Cutting production planning, scheduling, balancing, bottleneck management.
∎ Responsible for spreading process, fabrics, cutting internal control.
∎ Ensure Cutting Production target of every order as per Plan for daily requirement in liaison with Planning Dept.
∎ Control & minimize absenteeism of down line, look after discipline, housekeeping & safety issues of cutting section.
∎ Ensure preparation of all kinds of master pattern with grading.
∎ Monitoring of Trial cutting & size set.
∎ Monitoring of ongoing consumption & cross check the QC report with the physical receiving & follow shrinkage wise cutting.
∎ Ensure proper consumption of fabric as per fabric booking from merchandising team.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.
∎ Lay Inspection- Marking - and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.
∎ Fabrics Consumption shall be within the Plan' if Cross then take approval from Superior
∎ Ensure Numbering are made actually.
∎ Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
