Minimum 10 years of experience in microfinance in any reputed NGO. Must have progressive experiences in managing Branch and Area etc. with a good understanding of leadership role.
Good communication, report writing, and analytical skills in both Bangla and English.
Willingness to travel frequently to rural project locations.

About United Trust:
United Trust (UT), established in 2010 and registered in 2011 (Reg. No. 1359), is the social welfare wing of the United Group with strategic focus in the areas of Education, Health, Poverty Alleviation, and Community Development Services. Our flagship initiative, Daridro Bimochon Program (DBP), provides interest-free micro-credit to rural women, marginal farmers, and micro-entrepreneurs. With a loan portfolio of BDT 32 crore and a 96% recovery rate. DBP has already empowered over 30,000 families in 4 districts with main focus in Jamalpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- DBP has 15 Branches with approximately 30000 beneficiaries. UT is looking for an AGM who will be the overall responsible for this program i.e. will lead the program in full compliance of MRA rules and regulations.
- Will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of the Daridro Bimochon Project (DBP) across 3-4 districts.
