Fakir Knitwears Ltd. operates large-scale knit dyeing and washing facilities to support its vertically integrated garment manufacturing. The AGM – Dyeing Washing will play a key leadership role in managing end-to-end dyeing and washing operations, ensuring right-first-time quality, cost efficiency, chemical compliance, and sustainable production.
This role is critical in meeting buyer requirements, environmental standards, and delivery timelines, while driving continuous improvement and capacity optimization.

• Execute the dyeing planning and ensure the on-time delivery.

• Execute programming with webmaster and monitoring.

• Process optimization.

• Troubleshooting of uneven dyeing & and any issue related to dyeing quality.

• Ensure & and monitoring & Right first time dyeing.

• Monitoring Lab to Bulk- Shade check, Re-match, Re-check, and take care of recipe combination.

• Ensure Buyer requirements.

• Monitoring all color fastness and how to improve.

• Conducting all Chemical trial & ensure quality.

• Responsible for chemical, environmental, and sustainability.

• Mail Corresponding with buyer, Merchandiser, Third party lab regularly.

• Regularly Monitoring buyer’s commands on bulk shade quality.

• Coordination with all dyeing sub-divisions regarding any technical issues.

• Ensure Buyer has all RSL & MRSL Requirement’s.  

• Ensure occupational health & safety related to chemical handling, uses, storage and disposal.

• Train up all chemical and waste management related staff and workers.

• Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing, and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.

• Good knowledge on knit dyeing, dyeing machine capacity, Cotton & Polyester dyeing, single jersey, lycra jersey, terry, fleece rib dyeing.

• Sample fabric production planning between Knitting and Dyeing Sample Section.

• Look after the daily Dyeing Production and follow up time to time.

• Monitor in preparing a necessary receipt for production and obtain lab-dip approval for meeting with buyer's requirements and standard in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.

• Monitor the recipe formulation; shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule and workload as per weekly/monthly target.

• Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase productivity.

• Ensure the dyeing production quality & and communicate with higher authority.

• Finishing Process Parameter follow-up.

• Follow up Trial week and & cut up require.

• Follow up all Buyers' orders within shipment TOD date as planning.

• Responsible for all audit works.

• Follow up short quantity and balance.

• Floor maintenance.

• Held Report follow-up.

• Responsible for the chemical of the finishing side.

• To follow the fabric’s other quality according to the FTD.

• Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
