Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead and oversee all administrative functions of the factory with strategic direction

  2. Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs

  3. Maintain high-level liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders

  4. Ensure full compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements

  5. Handle critical negotiations, complex issues, and sensitive matters with government and local authorities

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with surrounding industries, community leaders, and external parties

  7. Lead crisis management related to local issues, labor unrest, or external disruptions

  8. Oversee facility management including infrastructure maintenance, utilities, and expansion support

  9. Ensure effective security systems, risk assessment, and preventive measures

  10. Supervise transport, logistics support, and fleet management operations

  11. Ensure efficient management of canteen and guest house with high service standards

  12. Monitor vendor performance and ensure cost control across all administrative functions

  13. Lead, mentor, and develop the administration team including Manager and support staff

  14. Ensure continuous improvement in administrative processes and operational efficiency
