Educational Requirements:
∎ For Field Officer: A graduate in any discipline from any reputed university
∎ For Assistant Field Officer: HSC or Equivalent completed from any reputed institution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Centre Managers in recruiting workers, training, and retaining new and existing workers
∎ Ensure effective route planning and monitoring for the timely completion of tasks
∎ Organize and schedule several time slots for different skill development trainings
∎ Conduct surveys in different locations to find appropriate artisans with different skills
∎ Follow up on any dropouts and identify causes to resolve those issues
∎ Visit field offices frequently and provide strong leadership to the staff in the section, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations
∎ Ensure proper utilization of resources and address any issues at the Sub-Centres
∎ Ensure a healthy working environment with special attention to safety, security, and maintenance of the Sub-Centres
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in RMG sector in a relevant role is preferred
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Candidate should be able to ride motorcycle with a mandatory license and authorization
∎ Excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with multiple teams
∎ Should have knowledge of the production process (thread count, color and embroidery stitch etc) and production planning process
∎ Good understanding of production monitoring and evaluation process along with logistics and distribution
∎ Efficient in MS Office and good report-writing skills
∎ Excellent leadership, problem-solving and people management skills
Salary:
∎ As per company policy
This will be a contractual position, ending on May 2025
