Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Chemistry from any reputed university is Preferable
∎ Graduate/Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all Administrative issues of the factory as per labor law benchmark and preset standard Dealings the matter of VAT & Income Tax.
∎ Co-ordinate with other department such as Production & Commercial.
∎ To ensure TDS and VAT calculation, deduction and deposited accurately and timely as per law.
∎ Plan & coordinate administrative procedures & systems.
∎ Maintain and implement standard for all security, housekeeping related issues of the factory.
∎ Production floor monitoring for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery/movement of Goods to suppliers, Subcontractor & inter factory.
∎ Maintain transport and ensure all logistics support as and when required.
∎ Maintain accurate Receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, Quality checking (Physical condition) as procedure.
∎ Lead and supervise the activities of all staffs in all factories and also look after their performance management.
∎ Ensure the proper management of factories related all activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in areas: Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Should have computer skills with MS Office (Good Command in Excel and Word. Internet Browsing
∎ Computer typing both Bengali & English.
∎ Good verbal & written communication skill.
∎ Hard Working & Deadline oriented
∎ Multitasking and time management skills.
