Job Context:
∎ Printochem Ltd., is a Rotogravure and Flexographic printing ink and coatings manufacturer. Our products are widely using in the flexible packaging industries. At present we are looking for a product development executive to be responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products. The responsibilities of a product developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical, and manufacturing specialists, and developing printing ink and coatings.
∎ To be successful as a product developer, you should have knowledge on Polymers, Pigments, Dyes, additives and solvents. Ultimately, a good product developer should be highly innovative, possess the ability of trouble shooting, connecting with the customers and work well within a team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and enhancing products that fill a positive impression in the market and allow the customers to remain good business relation.
∎ Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses.
∎ Supporting manufacturing and planning activities by developing upcoming market trends for products in development.
∎ Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
∎ Submitting proposals and plans for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a product developer or in a related field.
∎ The candidates must has to be the ability to socialize and convince customers.
∎ Experience in adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be considered as an extra qualification of the candidates.
∎ Work well within a team.
∎ Creative and innovative thinking skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries.
∎ At least 3/4 years experiences in any manufacturing plant.
∎ Experience based on chemical-coating industry will be preferable.
